Training October-April
Over the holidays, training at Dalgety Bay will continue as normal on Fridays.

Beath usually closes but janitors will be in to open up just the “annexe” area, so the sessions held on Tuesdays (7.30-9.30pm) and Thursdays (7.30-8.30pm) will be continuing as usual over the holidays.

The sessions that take place in the main school will not be on over the holidays, i.e. P1-3 Fundamentals and the girls’ training.

All those training at Beath High must bring INDOOR FOOTWEAR, wooden sticks, helmets and plenty of water (it will be much warmer inside than it is outside). The focus on training over the winter will be both shinty and fitness.

REMINDER: as lots of groups use Beath players must all wear umbro training tops, shorts and socks (no trackies). Remember the club issues these tops to players so if lost etc they need to be replaced and are still property of club. If players grown out of please hand in and can be exchanged for bigger size (also remember if players leave these items should be returned).

Dalgety Bay, plenty of layers if cold but training t-shirts should be worn. And can wear black tracksuit bottoms if too cold for shorts (club jumpers and jackets worn if have).
